Teri Griege, a St. Louis triathlete, was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer after the Ironman World Championship in 2009. Given a 6% chance of survival, she continued training through treatment and returned to compete in the Ironman two years later. Now known as "Iron Woman," she inspires others through motivational speaking and philanthropy.
