The Hutchinson High School Salthawk Girls Soccer team hosted the Railroaders from Newton High School on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. The Salthawks were victorious, winning the game 3-1.

The Hutchinson ladies were dominant in midfield and in front of the Railer's goal. Newton was unable to score until three minutes left in the match, by which time the Salthawks had already secured their three goals.

Junior forward #13 Rhyan Galyon had the hat trick for the Salthawks, scoring all three goals.
